Bulkteknik, the agricultural sector involves
handling a range of different materials, such as
cereals, feeds and seeds. We have produced a large
number of systems for these materials, including
silos, conveyor equipment for filling, dosing and
emptying, and pelleting lines.
Some of the largest silo systems we have supplied in
terms of volume and capacity have been for cereals.
We supplied eight silos for an ethanol factory with
a total volume of 12,000 m3 for storing cereals and
pellets. This included a receiving system,
containers and conveyor equipment.
Our largest volume silo system to date also handles
cereals: four fully-welded silos which are 34 metres
high and 16.8 metres in diameter. Their total gross
volume is around 29,000 m3. The delivery also
included belt conveyors for filling the silos, with
two lines each with two conveyors, of which one in
each line is reversible. The capacity is 240 tons of
cereal per hour per line. |
