The project, which was carried
out in conjunction with Celltec
Engineering AB involved
supplying an extensive transport
system for a new fuel boiler.
The boiler burns a mix of
different fuels. Partly residual
products from paper manufacture
in the form of bark, sewage
sludge and printer's ink and
partly whole tree chips and
recycled wood, so-called waste
wood chips.
Kellve Bulkteknik’s part of the
delivery included more than 500
metres of belt conveyors, of
which there were approximately
235 metres of conveyor bridge
with conveyors on two levels,
positioned over the River
Nissan. Scraper conveyors were
installed underneath a couple of
the conveyors in order to
collect up spillage under the
return part and thereby minimise
accumulation of spillage.
Rebuilding of tube conveyor that
transports printer’s ink to the
boiler, as well as two conveyors
for transporting fly ash.
