Kellve Ethical Guidelines

In order for an international company, such as Kellve, to be able to continue being successful, it is essential that the organisation and each individual employee in his/her work is regarded and perceived as being economical, social and ethically responsible.

This is the only way to ensure lasting positive and acceptable financial and social development.

Kellve has defined four key areas when it comes to taking responsibility which are displayed to the right:

A full version of the guidelines are downloadable in PDF-format.

Responsibility towards customers
To gain and retain customers through continuous improvement and development and by being able to supply products, services and solutions that fulfil the customers’ expectations of quality, safety and environmental care.

Responsibility towards employees
To respect employees and their rights, to offer both safe and good working conditions, to offer non-discriminatory terms and to continuously develop job skills and competencies in order to ensure the individual employee’s job satisfaction and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibility towards shareholders
To protect the shareholders’ investments and strive for a sustainable and increasing rate of return.

Responsibility towards society
To conduct work as a responsible member of our society and act in accordance with the laws of the different countries in which we are represented, to express our support and show respect for the protection of accepted international human rights. We must ensure that we do not contribute to crime against human rights and always take health, safety and the environment into consideration with the aim of contributing to sustainable development.

In order to fully take this responsibility, we apply our fundamental values throughout the entire organisation – morality and ethics, responsibility and authority, openness and teamwork – and the ethical principles that are described in these Ethical Guidelines. It is also Kellve’s objective to actively involve the entire Group’s interested parties in this work whenever possible.
