On Friday November 30 it was a
big opening of this year's big
event within the animal feed
industry in Sweden. The new feed
factory in Hov outside Laholm
was inaugurated officially,
which is the first new feed
plant for over 15 years in the
country.
A large attendance from media,
business communities, customers
and suppliers. The Swedish Board
of Agriculture's Director
General held the opening speech
and the declared the plant
officially inaugurated. The
Kellve Bulkteknik project
manager for the project,
Torbjörn Ehn and the sales
manager for plant projects,
Lars's Jonsson were there to
represent Kellve Bulkteknik.
Facts about the plant
Kellve Bulkteknik got the
commission to construction a new
feed factory to Vallberga
country men in Hov, some km
south of Laholm. The factory
that is the first new building
of a feed factory in Sweden on
over 15 years, and will produce
animal feeds to bovine animals
and swine. In the commission,
contract of the feed factory's,
included building, a 100 square
and circular silos with volumes
on a total of 6000-7000 cubic
metres, and adaptation against
machines from other suppliers.
Round 800 tonne steels have been
used in order to produce the
plant that becomes total 48
metres long, 30 metres broad and
30 metres high.
